- Choose one of the following questions to respond to (you worked through each of these topics in Week 2):
- What is your greatest strength and why?
- What one thing do you value most in a workplace?
- What are you passionate about (your interests)?
- What is your top priority in life? Why?
- What is the top skill you bring to a workplace?
- Write a 500-word reflection that not only answers the chosen question but reflects on how you arrived at your answer, including a reflection on what you have learned in this unit so far.

Think back to learning prompts from the Assignment Details:
- Why did you choose this particular question?
- Did you find this question difficult to answer? Why or why not?
- How can reflecting on and analysing your personal skills, attributes and strengths increase your job readiness and opportunities for career advancement?
Part 1: Response (100–200 words)
Your response should answer your chosen question in a way that demonstrates your job readiness. Include an example to strengthen your answer. Keep your response short, sharp and to the point.
Part 2: Reflection (300–400 words)
Write a reflection on your response integrating the following learning prompts:
- Why did you choose this particular question?
- Did you find this question difficult to answer? Why or why not?
- How can reflecting on and analysing your personal skills, attributes and strengths increase your job readiness and opportunities for career advancement?
- Draw on theories such as Happenstance Learning Theory of Careers (Krumboltz, 2009) in Module 1.4 essential reading to help explain your answer
Part 3: Reference list
Include a reference list (in APA or Harvard style)
You do not need to include an introduction or conclusion in your reflection.
