Health care facilities are faced with various obstacles. One of the significant obstacles is resistance to change in which it comes from the many directions and a variety of stakeholders (Sabri, 2019). When we talk about health care change, we need to keep in mind that this is not a simple task, such as moving from one position to an extra, there are many obstacles. Therefore managers have to be aware that not all personnel in the organization will be positive; some will resist the proposed changes.

To a great extent, the competence together with success of the transform of procedure will be in direct relation with the opposition to adjust and thriving managing opposition to transform. Some causes of the strength to transform can be the warning of supremacy on the professional level, in which some manager will oppose changes that can demote their ability to the subordinates. Economic factor shifts in which employees who think they may be denied a portion of their wages will oppose changes. (Jones, 2013). They tend to too much depend on other individuals; these changes will threaten such individuals.

Moreover, the scarcity of resources is also a significant problem while enacting changes in a health care facility. The shortage of these resources is in terms of the workers, raw materials, equipment, and organizers used to produce scarce goods (Connor, 2015). Furthermore, when enacting the changes, the nursing staff may have lots of turnovers, and they may complain of doing too many jobs at once. Also challenges in doing their regular work done; there may also be an increase in acute ill residents in some workers. Agreeably scarcity of raw materials and equipment such as drugs, patient monitors, ultrasounds, etc. can affect the enactment of changes in health care.
