This can be achieved by increasing the training time so that the staff in the production department are well and efficiently trained to be able to increase their production rate to increase the number of units that the branch manufactures per year. The Lingotto branch has the lowest number of cars that are produced perfectly to the specification during the first time without them being taken back to be redone. The branch also has the highest number of cars that are defective and has a high number of cars being returned to the company. This can be improved through hiring the best and highly qualified staff that is motivated to ensure that the defective rate reduces, the staff involved in the production also need to be trained.

In conclusion, there is numerous benefit that comes as a result of organizational control which includes; improvement of communication, increasing the financial stability, productivity, and efficiency. This is crucial for any company to enable them to meet the annual goals of the organization. Sleek motors should, therefore, ensure that the staff morale is improved and ensure that quality control is improved, especially in the branches that are underperforming Georgetown branch. Efficiency should also be checked, especially at the Fort Wayne branch, because the department takes a lot of time to complete a unit, which is way too slow. To fasten the production rate at the branch level needs proper training of the production staff and continuous training to be able to catch up with the rest of the branch. Control is necessary as it helps an organization to be able to avoid wastage of resources. When the management is paying attention to the employees and checking what the employees need, therefore, better morale for the employees means better productivity.
