A new inter-organizational system – developing a communication plan
An inter-organizational system is sharing information amongst different organizations or departments of a company, which consists of employees, customers, management, suppliers, competitors, and other public organizations. This relationship can be for mutual interests or autonomy.
The first thing that has to be taken into consideration for implementing a new organizational system for the Human Resource Department is to have proper knowledge sharing and information circulating platform for the employees. This will lead to an effective and efficient channel of sharing of information throughout the organization. Also, the technology that has to be used for the new departmental change must be user-friendly and easy to understand and implement so that all the employees are comfortable and handy with it, and there are no hurdles to any tasks.
Business analytics
Business analytics must be done, and as per the requirements, teams must be made for technical issues, managerial strategies planning, and other departments as per requirement. Strategies must also be developed beforehand, and employees must be trained accordingly. All this will help in the smooth processing of the business without any loopholes or turnovers (Cornelissen, 2008) . Don't use plagiarised sources.Get your custom essay just from $11/page
The Human Resource Department must also keep it up on the increasing requirements of human resources for the future. As the project will be implemented, and businesses will grow, more staff would be required. People must be hired in consideration with the job description and specific certification courses if necessary to play a critical role in the development of the business.
The human resource policies must also be revised and amended in accordance with the new practices, which will help in supporting business growth better. A handbook or a policy book must also be handed over to all employees, as this will create a better understanding and transparency. All updates must flow through proper channelization to each department so that there is no destruction of any information. It must also be assessed if the new business or project needs candidates with unique technology experience, and after that, the HR team must work towards it (Steyn, 2000). It must make sure that the company retains proper talent. . Don't use plagiarised sources.Get your custom essay just from $11/page
Communication plan development
For building a successful communication plan for implementing a new business strategy, the employees and other staff must also be involved in decision making meetings. These employees play a significant role behind the scenes in implementing the project and deciding the future of the company. Having a conversation with all the employees and finding out the side of the story and what they see themselves in the future is very important for the development of any company. All information regarding the company or the project should go through proper channels, and transparency must be maintained as it reduces anxiety and negativity in the employees (Witherspoon & Wohlert, 1996).
Assessing the skills of the employees is also very important, as their skill level and interests will align with the development plan of the company. The action plan will only be created once the skill levels of the existing employees are well analyzed.
