Among the regulations, ethical values are included as they keep workers in an organization at peace and not fighting over norms and behaviors of people as we all come from different cultures and we can never be the same despite the levels of education attained

In this paper, I will look at an organization in the nourishment and sustenance industry. The organization goes by the name of FOOD FIRST.  The organization was founded and established in 1975. This company is a champion and fighter of unfair and inequity factors that bring about malnourishment or a lack of food, the organization advances its purpose by ensuring that the societies suffering the discrimination end up getting their food and food wellsprings back. Food security includes “the availability of food, access to food, biological utilization of food, and stability of the other three dimensions over time.” (FAO, 2006)

Food First is guided by three factors that include, education, action, and research. By educating the communities on the rules and procedures governing these societies can fight for their eatables and their origin from conniving individuals who do not have any regard for human life. The main motive and aim of Food First are to effect and conjure data, information, statistics, and interpretation of nutriment freedom domestically and around the world.

They are also involved in research practices that help either communities and societies get records as well as analysis, this mixture of implemented and participatory studies provide actual-time discernment and statistics. Having concern and care for the habitat and territory plus the people around the organization is a huge factor that shows how ethical a company is First Food as an enterprise as it has a huge responsibility for all people and anything impacted employing the commercial enterprise. Having known that the organization is mostly based in Europe the only thing I would change about it to make it better without affecting and sacrificing its ethical standards is taking its operations to the African continent. I would open a sub-branch in Africa due to the many cases of food insecurity, this would be a challenge as many political class individuals will try to tamper with the process. According to the food and agriculture organization (FAO, 2017) “There are large differences among continents in the prevalence of severe food insecurity. Approximately 27.4% of the population in Africa was classified as severely food insecure in 2016, which is almost four times as high as any other region. Alarmingly, food insecurity is on the rise, specifically in sub-Saharan Africa. From 2014 to 2016, food insecurity increased by about 3% ”

With Food First main aim being to fight hunger this would be a good step towards salvaging the continent from this vice caused by poverty, war, and conflicts, environmental factors. Poverty is a fundamental reason for starvation in Africa and some other place. people dwelling in poverty frequently can not manage to pay for meals of enough satisfactory or amount to stay wholesome lifestyles. War and violence may have direct and oblique impacts on all stages of the meals machine, main to food lack of confidence and starvation. conflict often places constraints on employment and income opportunities, which influences a character’s ability to accumulate meals.
