            The office of the Legislative Analyst Office is required to report annually the impacts and the benefits of California’s enacted greenhouse gas emission goals. In light-duty vehicle programs, the state has some programs intended to reduce the effects of greenhouse gas emissions. Some set policies are; clean vehicle rebate project it advocates for buying or leasing a new zero-emission vehicle (ZEV). It also puts forward the clean car for all forum where one retires an old high emission vehicle and replace it with a new one. Challenges faced with policies in transportation emissions
