Academic achievement

In academics, I have made various accomplishments that have been part of my desire to be admitted at the university to exploit the academic journey which I had just adjourned at the high school level. Primarily, I was able to gain high honor roll student, an achievement which became the impetus of scaling higher in my academic journey. I also did well in a Scaled Agile certification exam, which was oriented towards the development of leadership in Agile. My success was contributed by learning how to lead other students in software development for entrepreneurship levels. As such, I did exemplary in leveraging principles which I obtained from system and lean thinking.

In 9^th grade, I participated in the CT state science and engineering fair. In the competition, I was able to validate a hypothesis regarding electrical resistance. Through my previous research and persistence in the quest for computer science, I was able to apply the working model to develop electrical resistance. The fair enabled me to develop a great sense of accomplishment since I managed to win the competition. I was ranked in the first position in our school and second at the state level. 

I was also the captain of the Cheshire high school marching band. As the leader of the band, I was able to make various achievements, such as leading, coordinating, facilitating, and recruiting members interested in joining the band. The roles I played in the club enabled the club to be ranked in the top ten at the national level championships for four consecutive years. Through my constant productive, leading role, I managed to take pride in maintaining the team’s morale. This led to constant improvements in the club. I was also an excellent music captain in Cheshire high school in grade 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th. As the captain, I managed to lead the team to the regional and state championships. Nonetheless, I succeeded in scheduling as well as running the music activities in the school. The position also allowed me to act as the liaison between the administration and students. This is a role that led to achievement in the development of their cordial relationships.

I was also the captain of Cheshire High school, Esport league, which I was the founder.  During my tenure, I successfully recruited the students and involved the faculty in ensuring the goals of the foundation were realized. My inspiration and aspirations led to being appointed in the town’s boards of education to oversee national league. I helped in organizing the team and developing the strategies required for it to succeed. Through my able leadership, our school team managed to finish as runners-up at the national level. I was also actively involved in community service as a volunteer teacher, Asha for education. Its goals were geared towards gathering of slum children and equip them with computer literacy. Besides, I was the event organizer of the group. As such, I achieved in coordinating cricket and volleyball tournaments for charitable purposes. The fund which was collected was used in educating under-served children in India.

Personal achievement

Apart from academic achievements, I have also been able to make various strides in personal achievements. Upon the accomplishment of my academics, I have been able to manage an IT training company as an office assistant successfully. Such helped in the realization of first-hand exposure to IT training as well as engaged in consultancy for the company’s clients. As the office assistant, I also successfully achieved in coordinating, preparing for training materials, and facilitating of the exercises required. I also successfully learned operations and filmmaking while acting as the national level director at Shadowed Pawan Kumar Marut. The firm also enabled me to work on special effects and focused my attention on computer facilities. Consequently, by the time I left the center, I had become an expert in the filmmaking industry. I have also been able to gain information regarding day to day operations and web management as it relates to how to carry out e-commerce.

From the successes, I have learned that consistency in hard work is essential. I need to focus on the roles given either academically or in the quest for personal achievement and ensure I deliver accordingly. Such will influence my college education in that; it provides a base for the need to pursue my education and personal interests in a dedicated way. Such will ultimately lead to the achievements of the goals I have in my career path.
