On the other hand, Novant Health is one of the non-profit health care systems which has 14 medical centers as well as a medical group with around 500 clinics. Both healing hand and Novant health have an extensive history primarily in terms of service delivery

The key mission of Healing hands medical Acute care is to provide excellent healthcare with compassion to the medically complex and extended patients. For the Novant Health team, their mission is to deliver the most remarkable patient experience every time

In terms of objectives, Healing hands is dedicated to ensuring it serves the need of the community by ensuring high-quality service it delivered. The delivery of services focuses on teamwork and collaborative spirit. While Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center’s key objectives are ensuring there are diversity, inclusion, and personal excellence in their services.

Novant Health center policy is that all patients are eligible for the individual payment plan. The payment plan is based on the amount due and the financial condition of patients. The terms extend to a period of five years upon registration. In this way, for Novant health, any other patient with a balance of 20% of their gross income is qualified for a catastrophic settlement. Furthermore, both the Novant and Healing hands center focuses on clinical research. They both Specializes in cancer treatment, prevention of diseases, and vascular diagnosis.
