Overall Concept

Acqualina Resort is somewhat is more of seaside heaven. It is strategically located, not too far from the influence of Florida City. The resort sits on 4.5 hectares of sunny isles of the ocean beach. Of particular importance is its breath-taking view of the marvelous Atlantic Ocean. It incorporates a sum of 98 suites and 188 residences with a direct view of the ocean. The facility has five-star meals, swimming pools, accommodations, sandy isle beaches, and marine programs for children. Acqualina Resort is, therefore, the number one destination for all age groups seeking luxury from within and outside Miami. However, the adjacent premise, The Estates, is currently under construction. Therefore, specific areas of the resort may experience noise from machines from time to time. Although the sound may be a threat to its market share, Acqualina Resort remains one of the best in Florida. As a matter of fact, Forbes declared the facility as one of the best five-star hotels having won a series of accolades in Miami.

The resort is suitable for a wide range of markets from children seeking holiday experiences, the youth, and the elderly too. Children activities include sea lessons, while the youth enjoy more aggressive packages such as kayaking and cruising yachts. The elderly can be involved in wine tasting by Windell.

Overview of Amenities 

The resort offers a wide range of amenities, which are tailored for specific interest groups. Such facilities include wine tasting, acquamarine for children, and Acqualina weddings. The services offered are diverse and balances between indoors and outdoors activities. Therefore, a visiting guest is not likely to get bored by a monotony of activities. Their services go beyond the provision of dining and accommodation services that is common in most contemporary resorts. Additional activities include wildlife experience, swimming lessons, painting, scuba diving, cruising, and Kayaking tour. The events are collectively called Acqua experiences. In other words, Acqualina offers Acquamarine for children and Acqua experiences for grownups.

Acqua Experience 

There are diverse activities in Acqua experience. In this aspect, the resort seeks to offer various cultural experiences without compromising luxury needs. Acqualina boasts of a myriad of cultural events, including wine tasting, painting, and wildlife experience. Sybrandt Windell, one of its directors, runs a wine tasting experience across different regions of the world. Each of the tastings consists of three types of wine from a similar grape species. The activity is scheduled twice a month and at 5.30 pm. I find the Acqua experience because it offers a wide range of outdoor activities, as mentioned above. Additionally, the timing of wine experience is convenient for students, including me, because it is off the classroom hours. Therefore, I plan to visit the resort to enjoy a wide range of timely outdoor and indoor activities in one package.

Acquamarine

Acqualina includes children in its luxurious plans through the Acquamarine. The resort is lavish in children-centered activities, including practical exercises and arts, among others. Such actions are undertaken at the Acqua Center that sits on a 500 square foot land. The vast area offers the children adequate spaces to enjoy the Acquamarine offered by Acqualina Resort. The contents of the Acquamarine include super sea storms, ocean mammals, and amazing alligators, among others. In the super sea storms, children are educated about destructive hurricanes using fascinating imaginative exercises such as Create-A-Cane. Such a task is a success because it enhances the creativity of the young ones while at the same time cheering them. In another activity, the sea turtles, the children are trained on conservation and protection of natural resources through a video system. Such a package is of interest because it covers the interests of my brother, with whom we frequently go out. Therefore, it offers us an opportunity to enjoy our divergent preferences within one resort. I will enjoy the Acqua experience package as he enjoys the children-tailored Acquamarne.
