Adeola Dara

Adeola Dara is a professional mental and behavioral health counselor, a corporate trainer, founder and lead planner at Made Beautiful Events, the head of international missions at People of Influence Network, and the host of Conversation with Creatives, a weekly podcast for Nigerian entrepreneurs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication, and a Master’s in Human Relations (Human Resources Minor) from the University of Oklahoma.

In 2013, Adeola founded Made Beautiful Events to pursue her passion for events organizing that she gained while in college. To date, she has successfully organized events in Europe, the USA, Africa, the Caribbean, and the UAE.

Within 6 years of working as a counselor, Adeola had fallen in love with empowering people to take control of their lives, unleash their potential, and lead a more fulfilling life. She channeled this passion into corporate training, where she led a series of effective trainings in different areas, including communication, customer service & experience, emotional intelligence, time management & productivity, and leadership, among other areas.

In 2017, she moved back to Nigeria to pursue her calling of service to people further and joined People of Influence as the Head of International Missions. She has successfully organized missions, retreats, and outreaches in the UK, Kenya, Ghana, Geneva, and France. Further, upon moving back to Nigeria, she set out to empower Nigerian entrepreneurs by hosting other entrepreneurs to share knowledge and experiences. The podcast has grown in leaps and bounds, gaining listeners in over 10 countries.

With commendable leadership, problem-solving, and impeccable organizational skills, Adeola creates healthy relationships with her clients and organizes grand events that exceed a client’s expectations, and creates long-lasting memories out of moments.
