Albert Einstein and his contributions to the field of mathematics
Various mathematicians are known worldwide due to their significant contributions to the field of mathematics. In my research, I am going to write about a famous mathematician called Albert Einstein and his contributions to the field of mathematics and how he has been helping people to solve various problems in the real world.
Albert Einstein has always been considered one of the greatest mathematicians of the twentieth century. He was an American with a German origin who was born in Ulm, in Württemberg, a state that is found in Germany on the fourteenth day of March in the year 1879(Contributor, 2020). He was one of the best students, which is the direct opposite of what other people typically think about. It is believed that his teacher had once told him that he could not be successful in anything. He is a trained teacher who trained in the fields of mathematics and physics from the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School. He then studied for and graduated with a diploma, and he, later on, acquired Swiss citizenship.
As a great scientist, he changed the scientific thoughts by providing new different theories of motion, time, space, and mass. The theory about relativity that was developed by Albert Einstein gives a description of light’s dynamics and the extremeness of massive entities. This theory is described as one of the many pillars of modern physics, and alongside the works of Albert Einstein in the context of quantum mechanics, they typically must focus on the subatomic realm.
Contribution of Einstein to mathematics
Albert Einstein had a significant impact in the field of physics. Also, he contributed a lot to the field of mathematics. Einstein contributed to the development of various equations that we come across in geometry and calculus. Ten of the equations that were developed by Einstein are generally referred to as Einstein Field Equations. In 1915, the first publication of these equations was done. One of the Einstein Field Equations explains how stress-energy leads to the occurrence of curvature of space-time (“Albert Einstein,” 2020). Also, Einstein’s contribution to the field of mathematics includes his credited information about the mathematics of radiation. Einstein would later on return to his alma mater, where he was given the role of being a professor in the theories of physics. Einstein is said to be the man behind mathematics as his methods have explained well about various concepts of mathematics. It is through his contribution to the field of mathematics that we learn about how the development of geometry as a field of study in mathematics. We learn why there is a force that is behind a needle that appears empty while in space.
How Einstein’s contribution in Mathematics has helped in solving problems
Albert Einstein greatly improved in the development of mathematics as a discipline. It is through his contributions and theories that students can be able to solve various mathematical problems. Most of the geometry concepts help us in modern days to address issues to do with land surveys. The problems of the compass help in constructing various things, including in building and construction. Also, it is through calculus that was developed by Einstein that we get multiple concepts of discussions. Also, many scholars and authors usually borrow materials from Albert Einstein. Most of the mathematics books that have geometry and calculus as topics of discussion borrow a lot of content from Einstein’s theory.
