Analytical thinking techniques refers to step by step analysis of a problem by breaking it into smaller parts for the purpose of finding a concrete conclusion. According to Sean John Thompson, An analysts combines intellectual curiosity with critical thinking skills to simplify complexity. We have three thinking skill components which are; thinking, here analyst think beyond the normal level of thinking.

The second skill components is technique. They are different technique which include, Iterative interrogative technique since sometimes it takes more than one question to find an answer. The cause and effect technique, which looks at the essence. The third is the multiple root cause. Used because there can be more than one root cause of a problem. The fourth technique is the top down analysis.

Fifth one is the, bottom up analysis and lastly the ad-hoc analysis which picks on specific portion.in order to have a successful technique an analyst needs to use five “whys”. And for them to be successful he needs team work, white board session, look for the root cause, and to be specific. The last skill component is practice, it involves four stages; the seed stage, the growth stage, lastly the mastery stage where it requires you to beware of stagnation and strive for more.

In conclusion, analytic thinking technic is a process that requires practice in order to perfect.

Communication is a skills needed to speak appropriately with a wide variety of people. According to improvement pill there’s a concept in sales world called KISS vs. KILL. Which means keeping it short and simple vs. keeping it long and lengthy. The purpose of this content is to know that communication is a skill, and there’s value to learning it. The third skill is the conversational threading. This is the ability to engage into different topics. Facilitates an endless conversation with anyone. Choose the topic that you are more interested to talk about, but give other time to talk. The fourth tip is use statement instead of questions. They can be in Story opinion statement, Random statement or cold read statement. The latter is mostly an observation you make about the other person.

The fifth skills is use of humor this refers to dance and play with words. Use of humor catches the other person’s attention, making them actively involved in the conversation. The sixth skill is story telling. You can start a conversation with an exciting and captivating story to attract your audience attention. The seven and the last tip is have a deep conversation. This is important as it builds a long lasting valuable relationship with the other person.
