I have been a licensed realtor for 8 years now, and for the past 5 years, I have been actively offering efficient real estate solutions to my clients around Miami, FL as a realtor with Doral Riches. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to the U.S. 10 years ago, seeking a safe environment and a future for my two daughters. My background is in corporate practice; I’ve had prolific career experience in marketing, project management, product development, and human resources. This experience, coupled with an international mindset, uniquely empowers me to assist my clients adequately. I ventured into real estate for my long-time love of architecture, design, and plastic art.
Over the years, I have successfully worked with real estate buyers and sellers and skillfully guided them through the real estate processes towards the achievement of their goals. Similarly, I have work with well-informed, high- net worth clients who seek to grow their real estate portfolio through investments or by lending out money to real estate developers for high returns. Most of these investors live outside the U.S., and this demands that I must have the skill, experience, and utmost trustworthiness to work with them successfully.
Slightly over two years, I acquired a total of 18 distressed single-family homes and one condo apartment that were either facing foreclosure or auction and successfully resold and rehabilitated some, leading to about 25% net cap rate.
I am most passionate about assisting my clients to achieve their dreams and derive untold joy in seeing that look of satisfaction on a client’s face. In my free time, I love to do repairs and fixes, running triathlons and marathons, cooking, traveling, and eating out.
