Art and landscape architecture
Introduction
Landscape art depicts images of real objects that are in existence more naturally and vividly. As such, the discussion that shall be forwarded herein will check on how architectural art has been used to illustrate the universe and its components. On other instance, architectural art has been presented as important in the demonstration of philosophical mythologies sand the existence of the universe. These are types of knowledge that are beyond human understanding. But through art, such phenomenon and occurrences as seen in the universe are made easier to understand based on knowledge gained from accurate imaginations from expert to artist. Thus, this paper will focus on the analysis of architectural artworks that display information of the universe and further discuss their importance and meaning in the larger society.
Meaning and values promoted by art and landscape artist works
Much of the works developed by Fred Tomaselli revolve around political and business lifestyles. His works are associated with antiwar sentiments, and imageries in the prospectus of the conflicts between the white and the black people The works “Portrait of Jim and Vivian” are related to the works titled “The Observable Universe: Visualizing the Cosmos in Art”.This is an artistic work that primarily performs to influence perceptions about the intricate constructions developed in the visual on the entire universe from the vantage point of the earth. According to Highsmith (2019), the artist aims at displaying the imperfections in the search for beauty that exists in the human facets. My position
The set-piece is relevant to humanity today because it shapes people’s reasoning or thinking patterns in the sense that the search or knowledge is a continuous process just as the portrait is spherical with no beginning or end. The application of modern theory of imperfection as presented by Aristotle places the universe as an entity with infinity (Goldner 2015). Thus, human knowledge bears the same infinity, which is grounded on the observable developed from the unobservable. Similarly, I am incredibly indebted to the artist who developed “Fumarole with Lunar and Solar Alignments” because of the potentiality of imaginations abstract ideas and brings them into a single thought that promotes the role of arts in the society. The balance of colour in An McCoy’s image is the most interesting thing hereby; she utilizes perspective as a technique to display a world that is beyond human life. The imagery presented is full support of the above mentioned metaphysical aspects of the universe, which gives the art an essential educative and informative role in society. I feel well-positioned in my academics as an art student because, through such kind of imaginative art, I can explain complex philosophical issue that I have gained knowledge of from the artwork.
Inspiration in art
Art is a strong medium of communication where no physical engagement is required, such as speech. Communication, in his sense, is appreciated when it appeals to the intellect and communicate internally in the consumer of the art. “The Observable Universe: Visualizing the Cosmos in Art” The artistic works has changed my view on art because I have realized how the shape of the earth can be used to describe human knowledge and experience. Creativity of the mind in conceptualizing the matters in space is impressing, especially when the artists try to idealize information provided by the astronomists. The other artistic works is “Fumarole with Lunar and Solar Alignments” which I find interesting in its application of light and dark colours to bring up the natural lighting pattern in the universe. There is a fair balance in the artistic works that shows high-level creativity in displaying environmental elements of spaced light. In the matter of Ann McCoy’s artwork named “Untitled 1978,” the works are interesting due to the mystical and philosophical strength aligned to the works. The artwork is well known for its colourful presentation that is full of metaphors that explore narratives or stories about the beginning of the world. Further to note, the works are inspirational in displaying other worlds, heavens and hells as well as dreamlands that are beyond human capacity through the imagination of such kind of world. Ann McCoy is categorical in her works because she brings forth thought beyond the human world through imaginative drawings to help scholars and viewers understand the metaphysical aspects beyond life.
The parts that I like with this form of art
Architectural art is a different form of art whereby, abstract ideas and phenomenon are brought into the limelight of human understanding. For instance, knowledge about the universe is brought closer to the viewers without the need to attend related education or visit such sites. Thus, this form of art has simplified human perceptions about the universe because they can observe the entire universe at a glance and gain the relevant knowledge they are I need of at that moment.
