The Art Deco Historic District is located in a strategic location. The place is located along with two of the main streets in South Beach, which are the Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. From the picture above, you can see the streets and agree with me that they are very captivating. Along the streets are palm trees, which bring out the real beauty of the environment. The environment is very attractive, and I am sure if someone is new to the area, he or she will stop to admire the beauty or even tempted to enter the Art Deco District.
Lastly, the Art Deco Historic District provides a great outdoor dining area. The District has a variety of building which host a variety of activities such as hotels and restaurants. The hotels and restaurants contain awnings place on the lower side of the buildings that provide shade for outdoor dining.
