Benefits of AI
Artificial intelligence is the usage of certain machines that are built with the same knowledge as human beings to perform various duties. These machines can be used to make decisions too. Artificial Intelligence has multiple benefits to an organization when it comes to projects.
In the first place, AI is customarily used to help in the organizing of a project on a collective basis. Systems that are made of artificial intelligence can handle the scheduling of the project, can handle reminders, and this makes it possible to do away with human input in the project.
Since artificial intelligence is capable of monitoring patters, therefore it is a recommended tool that project managers should employ to deal with their projects. Research that has been done has brought out the fact project managers typically spend a lot of time dealing with tasks to do with the administration of the projects such as updates management. The artificial intelligence tools are there to help the managers with this task, therefore, reducing the amounts of work that they would have done. It enables the managers to spend more time putting their focus on their employees, which can improve their efficiency.
Why organizations should introduce Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence tools save time. This is because it takes the various duties of project managers, such as scheduling the projects, which gives managers more time to focus on the issues that are complex regarding the project. A project manager who rarely speaks to the members of the project team will always slow down the project. The artificial intelligence-enabled project gives the managers more time to focus on issues that matter a lot.
Organizations should also introduce the use of artificial intelligence because, in the coming days, they will be even in a position to detect the movement of people. Systems that can identify and analyze people’s moves are likely to be a reliable system in foreseeing the actions that a person might be having.
Change Management
During change management at my organization, I have encountered various challenges. In the first place, I have encountered conflicts. It is because change can lead to the rise of emotions and fear. This might disrupt one’s schedule. As a leader, I have always been on alert in tackling the leading cause of the conflict, which has been making my work easier.
I have also encountered the challenge of poor planning, whereby change has been falling while still on the way as a result of poor planning. To counter this problem, I have been creating successful timelines for change, which has been helping me overcome consequences that are not intended.
