Human beings tend to have views on issues, and in most cases, one can acknowledge that people’s views can either be similar or be different. It is because people have different perceptions and angles of looking at things, which brings the uncertainty of what one thinks about a certain issue. An example is in Steve jobs which is an American business magnate and an investor and was the CEO and cofounder of the apple company when compared to bill gates which is an American business magnate and investor being the best cofounder of the Microsoft corporation show that they have different and similar entrepreneur and manager views extracted from their interviews.
When bill gates and Steve jobs were interviewed, they gave some similar and different views in entrepreneurship. An example is where bill gates state that for one to be a successful entrepreneur, one has to practice specialization in what they do. However, on the centrally Steve jobs in another interview states that for one to be a successful entrepreneur, then they have to stay away from specialization. He goes to the extent of stating that he thinks bill gates is a bit narrow in his venture and should instead broaden his ways. He adds that specialization is an enemy of a new process and is disruptive, and there is a need for keeping with the dynamics. It is clear that even though Steve jobs and bill gates are both entrepreneurs, they view it differently.
However, both Steve jobs and bill gates have a similar view on certain things concerning entrepreneurs. From interviews conducted by professions, they both state that one should never be afraid of going for what they want. One must be incredibly driven when they face hardships, failures, and doubts that should never matter, but instead, all focus should be on a significant purpose. Additionally, on their view of the entrepreneur, they both acknowledge that one must always analyze what works and what does not work. One has to be familiar with the environment around you by being aware of trends and patterns. After comparing different interviews, Steve jobs and bill gates have the same view on the trait of one being stubborn with what they want to achieve in life. An example is bill gates who was very passionate about computers every at a young age to extend of being found in the school lab when he was not supposed to be there. The same applies to Steve jobs, which even after failing many times, he focused on the bigger goal. All these data collected from different interviews show that yes, people can be different but have similar views and understanding of situations just like Steve Jobs and Bill gates.
On the other hand, Steve Jobs and Bill gates from different interviews conducted show that even though they are entrepreneurs, they have different passions and driving passions. An example is where bill gate was passionate about computers while Steve jobs were only driven by his desire to achieve the set goals. Hence, from both interviews, it is clear that people can be the same and have different views, just like Steve Jobs and Bill gates. Or people can be different and still have the same view of things. Through the presentation of once viewing about things is when it gets clear that hoe people perceive things is very different or very similar at the end of the day.
