The application needs to knowledge, especially when generating information models at different levels. The tools are used to increase accuracy as well as productivities for construction design and occupancy phase. The BIM usually plays a significant role in the construction of infrastructure projects and designing of the developments and the impact they have in the society. The knowledge of BIM is used in exploring economic variables of EAC for the benefit of the organization and the community. The main aim of the BIM is to provide a CIB community with significant data as well as the most current ones. The BIM can offer the current trends, economic data, as well as reports for industry partners and, elucidates their impacts on the economy, on the building environment and the society as a whole. It is believed the results of BIM had a significant effect on CIB initiative research.  Dinesen says AEC team is reluctant when it comes to the adoption of BIM because they lack standards. They have not yet achieved the cost-benefit from BIM strategies (Ganah, & John, 2016, 80) According to AEC there is no constancy in the rate at which measurement is achieved when it comes to value assessment and for the benefits of the clients.

In conclusion, BIM is used as a tool for the constructions of buildings and infrastructure. It helps the professionals to keep monitoring the structures as they continue till they are fully achieved.
