Brief Description of What Happened

The TV Program centers around Ghost, who is torn between running his nightclub to have an honest living and running the drug empire un the streets of New York. After meeting his high school sweetheart Angela, his life entirely changes, and he starts cheating with her without knowing that she is a secret detective. Angela, on the other hand, is not aware that the man known as Ghost, which her team is searching for, is the same person she is sleeping with. Tommy continues to run the secret drug empire, with the business experiencing slight hiccups driven by Kanan. Tasha also starts cheating. As the series progress, Angela realizes that James is the criminal she has been looking for, but she can’t arrest him because she is in love.

Tommy, on the other hand, continues to kill anyone who stands in their way, including his girlfriend. At home, James’ family is hitting the bottom, and he ends up living in a hotel, with his son Tariq blaming him. At some point, Tommy and James, who have been brothers end up hunting each other, with Tommy shooting Angela. Meanwhile, the detectives have tried to find evidence to arrest Ghost but have failed because he somehow finds a way out. He is at the prime of his life, being selected to be run in a political seat in New York when his estranged wife and other enemies leave for his club to bring him down. Tommy realizes late that he has been wrong and arrives late to fight James dying after being shot by his son Tariq.

Why I Enjoyed /Didn’t Enjoy the Program

I enjoyed watching the movie because it provided an outlook on street life and how gangs operate in the streets. Also, the brotherhood between Ghost and Tommy was quite enjoyable, because they always helped each other when it mattered most to eliminate their enemies. However, I didn’t enjoy the sight of  Tariq shooting Ghost. I felt awful because after all the father had sacrificed to give the son a better life, he ended up being ungrateful.
