The Role of Forensic Nurses in the Secret  World of Gang Stalking and Electronic Harassment Anonymous As the author of this article, I am speaking from actual personal experience of these programs as one of their current victims.  More accurately, I would like to call them crimes, but as of this writing, while all 50 states in the United States have stalking laws, the laws no longer cover the changes in stalking tactics.  Therefore, police intervention is virtually nonexistent in Gang Stalking.  The National Center for Victims of Crime has written an article proposing a Model Stalking Code for the United States, recommending a review of, and necessary revisions to, current stalking laws.
