The minority Republicans argued that the sedition law violated the First Amendment by restricting freedom of the press. Vermont Republican congressmen Matthew Lyon was the first person to be tried under the Sedition Act in October 1798. The grand jury indicted the congressman for authoring letters in Republican newspapers that depicted “intent and design” of defaming the government of President John Adams. Multi-Agency My involvement in the multi-agency was a great learning experience for me. The work required an assortment of skills that necessitated the involvement of care provider professionals. Each member of the team provided crucial skills with my role of health visitor primarily involving checking on the victims’ health. The other members involved were a police officer and a social worker with whom I worked closely. The BMI My body composition analysis showed that I have a BMI of 18.3 against the normal average of 18.5. I have a height of 5.2ft and a weight of 100lb. The BMI is below average, which means there is a need for me to add weight to improve my scores.
