The engineering industry The engineering industry is primarily my future working place because of my love for design, manufacture, and operation of structures, devices or machines. I aspire to work in the industrial and mechanical sectors whose staffing policies differ with the ranks. In particular, working for Toyota will be a dream come true has its employees form the bedrock of the stable business. The company provides all employees with equal opportunities to achieve social contribution and self-realization through their work and enabling them to exercise their abilities to think, to be creative, and to perform (Bonache & Fernandez, 2012). The company gives the highest priority to ensure stable employment and strives to improve labor conditions, while all employees execute their duties and responsibilities for the prosperity of the company. Obvious at entry-level jobs Toyota uses external staffing policy because nothing gets started until the company trains and educates people making the company’s automobiles and such to have to come from outside. These strategies include placing job ads in online and print publications, contracting with a third-party recruiting agency or…
In the nail salon industry, I agree very few “workplace rights” have been abused. First of all, workers have been overlooked when it comes to their safety and health. Even though the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) group once alerted to unsafe working conditions, set standards for workplace exposure to harmful chemicals used at the trade shows, it has stated in the New York Times that the working conditions cannot be tolerated, given the quantity and the hazardous effects of dangerous chemicals used. Secondly, living wage rights have been violated. According to n to the federal and state laws regarding wage payment, payment is entitled to a specified amount of wages. However, from the case study, only 25% of the individuals were paid the minimum amount (Nir, 2015). To some, the payments were removed, which forced them into a situation termed as “apprenticeship period.” Managers in the nail salon could be able to improve the conditions if they wanted. However, it is evident that even if they did so, they would not be able to rich the recommended standards.…

Industry Attractiveness The overall attractiveness of industries tends to vary, and there are specific characteristics for the most attractive ones. An attractive industry is favoured by both environmental and business trends. Unless there are enablers such as a pleasant environment that favours an industry, it is not likely to do well. One of the characteristics of attractive industries is their age. An attractive industry is young rather than old. A young industry has the potential of growth, which attracts the consumers because all the ideas and resources are never exhausted, as could be the case of old industries where resources are almost depleted. Besides, the industry is deemed as early rather than late in its life cycle. In an industry life cycle, the earliest industry is better because of the many potentials available to be unlocked within the early cycles. Attractive industries are also fragmented rather than concentrated, and their growths are always evident. Such industries are ever-growing instead of shrinking. For a company to grow, there must be factors that favour it, such as technology, which means that it…

Volatilities in the 3D printing industry sector in china Introduction Volatilities in the 3D printing industry sector in china include potential changes in policy, hostile mergers and acquisitions, and instances of loss of expert human capital to competitors.
