It is essential to consider the preparedness and acceptance of the exercise by both practitioners and patients/families. The objective of the study is to assess the health practitioners’ availability/preparation and perception of citizens regarding the approach to deliver a quality PCMH that concur with the guidelines of the National Committee for Quality Assurance Standards.
