Summary of the Organization The organization used in this leadership development and succession planning study is a nonprofit organization called Save Lives. Committed to serving humanity, saving lives, and improving the livelihoods of people, the NGO is guided by the principles of servant leadership and the continuous efforts to uphold moral values and standards. Having volunteered in this organization for four months as a Data Analyst, I have helped in fundraising and observed some of the critical leadership models and styles being used to manage people and resources in the broader context of organizational growth and development. Strategic leadership and management are deeply rooted in the operations of the organization as it seeks to provide the best information to their staff and achieve success in managing resources and planning for the future (Witcher, 2019). Cross-Cultural Views on Female Leadership INTRODUCTION Background of the Study There are so many factors in the present day that are perceived to be affecting leadership. Among these factors are globalization, technological developments, and innovations, as well as global political change. These factors significantly influence thinking as far as the concept of leadership is concerned (Flabbi, 2019). Leadership and culture have, for so long, remained debatable. This is mainly owing to the different stereotypes that have been associated with the different genders, which, to a great extent, are based on implicit beliefs (Garfield et al., 2019). As much as various researchers have tried to explore this area of knowledge, they have failed to provide a vivid picture of leadership by failing to answer important questions, some of which pertain to the effectiveness of leadership. For instance, there is vast knowledge available about how the culture of a given people influences the leadership styles that are applied by such people (Stephan & Pathak, 2016). Extensive research, therefore, needs to be done to explore this topic, particularly because the global leadership…

Case Brief Style Analysis One of the facts from the play is that salesmanship is a career of desperation, as exemplified by Moss stealing the Glengarry leads to improve his selling capacity. Another fact is that salespersons engage in manipulative practices to achieve their goals, e.g. where Moss tries to trick Aaronow to steal the Glengarry leads for him. Also, salesmen despise their female counterparts and consider view them as being too weak for this kind of work. Are salespersons desperate professionals who are ready to engage all kinds of gimmicks to stay afloat in their field? Yes, because marketing is a highly competitive field which means that sales personnel have to do whatever it takes to close deals. Does the marketing profession necessitate manipulation by the salespersons to get clients to close deals? Yes, because this trade is a psychological one whereby salespeople capitalize on the weaknesses of customers to get them to buy their products. Are men superior to women in the sales and marketing field? No. Skills and tactics are all that is necessary to become a…
