Daylight In 1918 was the year when daylight-saving time happened for the first time in the United States in an act created during the World War. The American government offers a lot to the extent of giving an allowance of oil drill on daylight -saving time. This is the day where daylight saving starts at 2 am on second during the third month of the month. During this time, the clocks are usually set forward for an hour. Many things done during this day do not happen as usual due to time change. It only happens only once in a tear. The phrase daylight may be figured as inaccurate since there is no saving of the daylight as the name suggests.
