A model based on the qualitative analysis; Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach is used to analyze a dataset of operation management practices in a hypothetical company called Jiang Long Food Company. The model is expressed by a system of simultaneous equations and is solved through regression analysis. Taking advantage of the contributions presented by the employees of Jiang Long Food Company and the pre-existing data on production and supply chain, we focus our investigation on highlighting the importance of Operations Management practices, which shall be this firm`s performance major driver.
