Quotes for learning plan Learning is a continuous process which has no end. The role of a teacher in the classroom is to direct the learning process by guiding the learner on how to gain knowledge. The purpose of this study is to identify different language-acquisition theories and teaching methodologies for English The first theory is known as an intuitive acquisition which states that a new language is learned the same way the student learned his first language through a lot of exposure to the new language (Frodesen, et al 9). It is through practice that the new language will be acquired learned without difficulties. The second theory to learning English is known as Habit-formation (Kumar, et al 36) which defines language as a set of habits and practice in which a learner needs to mimic and memorize the vocabularies of new language until he can produce the correct patterns without difficulties. Another theory is known as the Cognitive process which states that learning a new language involves understanding the underlying rules after which one is able to apply…

Private schools give a better education than public schools It is a common belief throughout the world that private school delivers a more exceptional quality of education than public school. The quality of education is the main reason for parents sending their children for private tuition, along with the long-standing popularity and credibility associated with many such institutes. This chapter intends to examine the reliability of these statements by analyzing the integrity of the supporting evidence from various analytical viewpoints such as sociology. Private schools give a better education than public schools. First, due to the fact, the enrollment to private school is about one hundred and nine three students per year. The cost of private schools ranges between $12,500 in the lower grade to $15,000 in the upper classes, which often don’t cover the cost of books and school supplies. Hence private schools have fewer students. The high tuition cost enables their schools to create specialized programs for a student; for instance, they use art and sciences in schools. Private schools are located in central cities and urban areas.…
Preparing For Screen Reading While watching a film, there are various techniques that one can learn. The standard techniques in a movie are camera angles, editing, sound and lighting, camera movements, among others. Understanding these techniques in a film requires some watching concepts that viewers have to apply. First, the viewer needs to learn the subject matter and its meaning in the movie to understand the storyline. The subject matter is generally the primary theme in the film and makes the meaningful content of the topic of discussion. When watching a video, it is essential to identify and understand the subject matter in the movie and even other subthemes present. Another thing for consideration while watching a movie is a silent dialogue that involves talking back to the video to identify the narrative. Silent dialogue consists of asking fundamental questions about the film and trying to understand why things happen the way they happen and how it will probably end. In this case, the viewer should look for differences and similarities, note the elements of a movie that strikes, exciting,…
Policy Violation Academic dishonesty or misconduct refers to the actions undertaken by students that interfere with the established policies in regards to cheating in a formal academic exercise. The primary examples of these processes include fabrication, plagiarism, sabotage, deception, and fraud in exams. Based on the Policy Violation examples provided, certain instances may arise during my academic career. The course may demand the need for in-depth collaboration among students and, therefore, the primary obligation to verify with the instructor the established limits and the nature of the participation. Being a part-time student can also tempt an individual to seek academic assistance for essay mills and thus cheat by presenting an assignment done by another person. Lastly, the lack of proper comprehension of inputting citations can result in unintentional plagiarism by failing to adequately acknowledge the source of information utilized in the submitted paper. Academic fraud tends to undermine the fundamental purpose of the educational system, primarily graduate school. The academic industry aims to generate information and equip the learners with knowledge and skill to adequately perform in the labor…
Conducting Time-Series Research Introduction Many psychologists consider some methodological designs to be cross-sectional. Cross-sectional methodological studies involve measurement of the relationship existing between some variables of interest in time duration. Despite cross-sectional designs being appropriate for larger samples, they are often less powered to the assumptions obtained from other linear methods. It, therefore, becomes imperative for psychological scientists to consider supplementing methodological toolkits with time series to investigate the effect of time-dependent variation on individual subjects exhaustively. In this paper, I will analyze the efficacy of my behavioral intervention on Kaya. Using time series research techniques, I will access the effectiveness of my recommended behavioral intervention strategies towards Kaya’s target behaviors. Background information Acording to Martin et al(2015), behavioral intervention plan is a plan used to teach and reward positive behaviors. This plan can help prevent or stop problem behaviors in school children. Kaya’s off-task behavior included failure to continue undertaking a given task at hand for more than three consecutive seconds. Kaya also portrayed behaviors of physical and verbal aggression. In my approach to tackle Kaya’s target behavior, I…
Plagiarism Plagiarism is a lack of originality in intellectual work production and the repetition of the owner’s published work without permission. This aspect is illegal and deters the learners from growing and improving their skills in writing and production of the original intellectual materials. Production of original intellectual work is more important and bears more benefits to the learners. Consistency of producing original work improves the writing skills across for an individual. Additionally, plagiarism-free work enhances motivation and inspiration in creativity terms (Sharmam & Sharma, 2018, October). Moreover, it builds trust in self-working in the future and reduces reference as the talent grows according to the consistency of the original production of intellectual work (Elmunsyah et al., 2018). Plagiarism free work creates positivity rapport for the writer and encourages research that nurtures the psych for engaging more intricate work to produce good and interesting material. The repetitive practice of writing creates seriousness that eradicates a negative perception of intellectual work. This aspect involves the creation of content with definite consequences of no plagiarism — original work demos excellent and progressive…
PERSPECTIVES IN SEN AND INCLUSION Introduction Salamanca’s statement, which has been adopted by UNESCO, is based on the notion that every child has the right to education (UNESCO, 2015, p. 8). Children have to be given opportunities not only to achieve their goals but also to maintain an acceptable learning level. From those mentioned above, it is clear that children, regardless of their disabilities, are entitled to an equitable education. As such, SEN and children with various disabilities are allowed to learn in regular schools. However, regular learning institutions should accommodate their needs through the utilization of child-centered pedagogy. Therefore, the inclusive education perspective is based on the notion that the SEN and children with disabilities have the right to study in the same learning environment with their peers. Educational policies in place have to accord them with the required opportunities, which can enable them to attain maximum academic potential (Global Partnership for Education, 2018, p. 17). The education offered for SEND should take place within the same learning environment with children without learning problems. Towards achieving this, the appropriate…
Women Outpace Men in College Enrollment In the early decades, gender inequality ruled the world; men were meant to attend to school as women left to get married and take care of families. There is a tremendous development for women as they experience an increase in the number of attendances to the colleges for their bachelor’s degrees. Out of the jobs created after the recession, a larger portion of them were taken by those with as a minimum as a bachelor’s degree, which is both for men and women. However, while women across socioeconomic classes are embracing the idea that training is vital and are pursuing postsecondary stages, many men from decrease-profits households are not. There is a clear imbalance between the male and female enrollment in colleges which may be a pointer to a systematic disenfranchisement of the former gender. Boys are highly affected by terrible environments in general, how parents model their children can exacerbate these dynamics. Referring to the structural functionalism theory, Pressures to be “masculine” are regularly more evident in lower-income families. There is an entrenched…
Quality School-Agee Environments Introduction School-age is the age through which children prepare to start attending school. School-age children deserve quality environments that enhance their development. School-age environments are defined as environments that contain context and spaces in which children learn and grow. Watching school-age children grow and develop is the most important period in a child’s life. A child’s environment plays a major role in their development, both physically and psychologically. During this period, a child becomes very sensitive to the environment through which they are being exposed. Both indoor and outdoor environments play a vital role in shaping the life of a child. Positive environments for the school-aged provide them with greater opportunities to improve on their social skills as a result of interaction with their environments (“IRIS | Early Childhood Environments,” n.d.). Good environments include classrooms, dining rooms, playgrounds, spaces for caregiving, and an outdoor environment. A child’s home is also a part of the environment. Positive environments are linked with the success of the children and create positive impacts compared to the adverse effects. First, a good…
