SMART GOAL I decide to walk 45minutes four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday by 29/01/2020. I have also agreed to diverse my meals and eat more fruits and vegetables, apparently, and drink a lot of water during the day. Date 21/12/2019 I managed to walk for a kilometer for shopping after the evening class and came back by 7 pm. As a goal, I came along with a litter of water from the supermarket, which I would manage to finish before arriving back at the house for supper.
