The distribution channel system The distribution channel system is a critical element for any company in order to succeed in its business. A distribution channel, therefore, refers to the path that goods of a firm take starting from the production point to the consumer. Since the company owns the brand, it is responsible for the brand marketing initiatives. Coca-Cola Company uses bottling partners as one of its indirect channels. The firm produces the ingredients, which comprise beverage bases, syrups, and concentrates, and sells these ingredients to their bottling partners. In turn, the bottling partners manufacture, package, distribute, as well as merchandise the company’s finished product and distribute the final product to wholesalers (Bian, Zhao, & Liu, 2019). Upon receiving the products, the wholesalers sell it to retailers who in turn sell it to consumers. I believe the system is more useful for the company as it reduces the amount of work done to collect revenue. Besides, the system enhances the company’s reachability as well as ensures the firm reduces the cost of transport and production. The customer suffers the increased…

The Centers for Disease Control 1.The most significant population for intervening in the obesity pandemic. Adults are the most significant in yielding the best outcomes for intervening in the obesity pandemic. The interventions can take place within the community initiatives of clinical guidelines. Reasons why I think the adults are the most significant population to target for yielding the best outcomes for intervening in the obesity pandemic. Adults are responsible for creating and modifying policies that emphasize changing the environment. Such systems may include; modifying the design of buildings to encourage the use of stairs, examining urban design to make neighborhoods more walkable, promoting active transport by providing a safer and more integrated network of footpaths and bicycle lanes, improving food labeling to help consumers to make informed choices, and increasing the range of healthy foods in schools and work cafeterias. Changing our Laws Within an ever-changing legal environment, mismatches between legislations and societal values are commonplace. The law derives its power from the populace, and all constitutional and federal authorities are based on an implicit social contract. For this reason, the law must reflect the social values and attitudes of most of the people under its jurisdiction. For instance, the US amendment forbidding the sale of alcoholic beverages in 1920, was made at a time of public disdain for alcohol consumption. The bill was later repealed in 1933, because popular opinion had changed, and most Americans wanted to be able to purchase alcohol. People’s values and customs change on a regular basis, and the law must be able to accommodate such changes. However, laws are often slow to reflect the changes in people’s values. Constitutional amendments are thus vital interventions required to correct mismatches between the law and the evolving societal values. The US war on drugs borders on failure, and the stringent legislations on drug use are to blame. The out-and-out war on drugs is an expensive waste of…
Consumer Protection The government should take full responsibility for protecting consumers’ products that are likely to harm them by limiting the sales of these products. It should take an effort to ban these products or looking for alternatives to control the intake, or even making these products better through modifications of the products to become less harmful. Even if the government wanted to protect the consumers, half of the responsibility is on the consumers’ side, too; I don’t think you can protect someone if they don’t want protection. Therefore, after the consumers are warned about the adverse effects of the products, it is their role to avoid these products too. Fast foods are also quite harmful to people’s health as they cause obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases. However, I don’t think the government should ban them, because there are so many people who would be affected; many people depend on the fast-food business for a livelihood. The best the government can do is limit too much cholesterol in fast food by implementing food control policies in food manufacturing. There should…
