The gas-powered cars are one of the major emitters of greenhouse gases that are dangerous to the Ozone layer. Electric cars depend on renewable sources of energy, which cannot be entirely exhausted. In contrast, gasoline-driven vehicles depend on fossil fuels, which have a limited deposit, and its exhaustion is unavoidable. Additionally, electric cars and gasoline-powered cars differ in the distance the two cars can cover while on full power. This will make the leader equally supportive, directive, and motivational to every subordinate in the group. Each follower style of leadership is more interactive compared to the whole workgroup style. The followers can interact freely with their leaders in individual follower style and be able to ask for any personal or group clarification if need be. In this style of leadership, leaders can measure the capacity of each individual.
