GoDaddy Vs Ethereum Name Service: ENS likely to Conquer $1 Billion Market ENS or Ethereum Name Service is a smart contract system that is decentralized and has a simple domain system (DNS) named Ehtereum dApp. The kernel aspect of the ENS is to convert human-readable names and words to the computer-readable identifiers, for example, metadata, Ethereum addresses, hash values, etc. It’s an easy task for ENS to connect the Ethereum address with the domain name of ENS. So it is better to ask friends and people to send a human-readable content rather than XYZ, which is not understandable to human senses because it will automatically transfer it and process it precisely. Even though the pros of ENS, Godaddy stands as the largest domain registrar in this greater full world as well as at Godaddy, it offers all kinds of online services like providing security certificates, hosting some websites to the website builders. The starting of this unique company happens to be in 1997, and Bob Parsons founded this company, but previously the company’s name was…
Europeans in both Japan and China The primary reason why the Europeans arrived in Japan and China in the nineteenth century was to practice the trade. The Europeans wanted to trade directly from Asia, and this meant finding a new sea route. During the 1600s, the Chinese emperor had declared an embargo against Japan, causing a scarcity in Chinese goods both in Japan and China. The Europeans got a lucrative opportunity to act as middlemen between the two countries. The Europeans monopolized the rights to trade with both China and Japan. The civil war that occurred in Japan was beneficial to the Europeans, as each competing lords sought to attract business to their regions. The Europeans also arrived in both states to spread Christianity. Some of the traded valuable goods in the Nanban trade include the Japanese silver and Chinese silk. Other useful commodities include gold, horses, and slaves. The Europeans in both Japan and China to spread their technology and learn other cultural practices. visit a Buddhist temple We managed to visit a Buddhist temple on Monday, December 2nd. The temple, located in Geneva, was constructed by a small group of people originating from Sri Lanka in 1992. Warnasena Rasaputram, Sri Lanka’s ambassador at United Nations at that time, among other people, are also recognized for their support in helping set up the temple. A large sign welcomes people at the entrance, informing them that they are now in a Buddhist Center. A beautiful garden surrounds the building, and there is a Buddhist statue as well as a Stupa, indications of a Buddhist temple. The temple is comprised of three rooms, a library, a room to welcome all faithful, and one for the Monks. Our guide was kind enough to enlighten us on a few beliefs about the Buddhist religion. I was intrigued to learn that Buddhists do not believe in a superior being, but rather believe in self-enlightenment. Buddha translates to “enlighten,” and according to their beliefs, when one attains eternal peace, he or she experiences Nirvana. The guide went on to say…
The role of Ketu in the twelve houses The influence of Katu makes the native believe in spirituality and gives a desire to serve others without expecting rewards. They do not like luxuries and comforts of life, and like a simple life. Ketu is related to careers, such as astrologers, magicians, and investigators and others connected with spiritual work. Unfavourable position of Ketu causes diseases like skin problems, low blood pressure, phobias, etc. Ketu signifies the brown colour and to reduce the ill effects of Ketu in your chart you need to wear a Cat’s eye stone (also known as Lahsuniya). Ketu represents the north-east direction and is known as an outcast. Ketu has the following effects in the twelve houses: First house: The native appears to be a mysterious person to others and is often misunderstood. They have a need for adventure, and travel to fulfil that desire. Their self-confidence and courage are seen to be less. They are blessed with strong intuition. They often face many issues in their married life. Second house: This position gives the native…
The Stranger review The Stranger by Albert Camus explores the idea of a man in distress as his actions have led to catastrophic events, and his character and behavior do little to help his situation. Chapter two of this story offers more insight into Meursault’s trial and his stay in prison. The confinement as a prisoner awaiting sentence offers Meursault a chance to reflect on his previous life and all the people he had interacted with in his life as a “free” man. His less talkative nature does not allow him to talk about things that he does not consider essential, and he comfortably gets used to the life of a prisoner even before he faces trial. Historically, the narration of Meursault’s fate is based on in French because the guillotine was initially designed by the French government to execute people until it was abandoned in 1981. This shows Meursault was a prisoner in France and was subjected to the “human razor” as a form of punishment to his deeds. Part two is characterized by events of Meursault coming to…
Freedom of religion Freedom of religion or belief has been defined by The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the human right. The 18th article declares that “everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.” Although the religious freedom is internationally recognized as a right og human beings, the governments might fail to respect such a right for several reasons. The governments might not want the people to practice a given religion or even the set of individual beliefs because of the fear that can pose a threat to the security of the nation. Or, the governments might require the people to practice a particular religion. As per the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, there exists the dozens of nations that are being investigated because of alleged infringements of the religious freedom or belief. During the year…
Leisure Ideals Assignment Leisure Ideal #1 Celebration Statement: Celebrations represent a concrete expression of apparent appreciation for the way things turn out in life. Celebrations come in different sizes whereby many people can take part in ceremonies such as during festivals, or it might come in a small package when individuals appreciate themselves or the little things in their lives. Celebrations bring out the genuine emotions of enjoyment which captures the essence of happiness and leisure. Certain activities, such as singing, dancing, cheering among others, allow people to immerse themselves fully in a celebratory mood. One of my celebrations moments came during a football match in recreation. I enjoy playing soccer very much because it allows me to exercise my body while also excelling in the actual play. During a game in recreation, I scored a superb goal during practice that I appreciated through celebration. My teammates followed me as they cheered to the well-taken effort. As I ran and lay on the ground, my teammates all piled on me as they made happy noises to show their appreciation for…
The problem of Islamophobia While using any of the international terminals in the airport, have you ever noticed a form of discrimination? Instead, have you ever seen someone being given ‘special’ treatment by the NTSA? I have. Last thanksgiving holiday I decided to visit my grandparents in China. At the airport, as we awaited the security check, there were three Arab men in their traditional attire in from of me in the queue. As they approached their turn, one of the men remarked that it was about that time. Having watched several segments in late-night shows, I had an idea of what they were talking about. After a few minutes of a thorough search, they were directed to another room. The men were giggling as though this was not the first time this was happening to them. The process got me thinking of the constant fear and discrimination that the community of Muslim Americans experience in their daily activities in the United States. The problem of Islamophobia was developed through the government and media relation of Islamism with terrorism; however,…
relationship between terrorism and the religion Across the world the issue of terrorism has been a day to day topic of to many people but I reality terrorism can be defined in two ways. First, terrorism is the use of violence in order to purport a religion, political or ideological change. Secondly terrorism can be defined as the use of violence in order to scare people in a certain area mainly as a way of trying to achieve either a political or a religion goal But this paper focuses to discuss categorically religion as a cause of terrorism. Majorly the need for a better understanding of actual relationship between terrorism and the religion is as great as ever. Furthermore, scientific inquiry can in some way shade a light on the actual truth of the complex relationship between terrorism and religion. Religion terrorism is indeed caused by religion or, rather that religion creates an imaginary supply of sacred resources over which humans contented. In fact all forms of social and political conflicts are always context over scarce resources. those without…
What is a script kiddie? It is a term used to refer to non-serious hackers who are believed to reject the ethical principals held by professional hackers, which entail the pursuit of knowledge, a motive of self-education, and respect of skills (Techopedia, 2020). What is a code monkey? Code monkey infers that an individual’s skill set is basic or could be easily replaced. It is categorized as a derogatory term for a developer or programmer. What are the differences? Does it matter? The difference between a script kiddie and code monkey is clear since script kiddies are unaware of their deeds and try to take whatever they must hack and result in havoc to others unaware. On the other hand, code monkey knows their acts on a fundamental level and create programs (Techopedia, 2020). I believe code monkeys matters a lot than script kiddies since they apply the necessary skills and little experience; they must add some financial value. Does a kiddie make more money than a monkey? Programmer? Developer? Engineer? Kiddies make no money at all since they lack…
