Principles of Ending a Project        People seek consultants’ services to help them accomplish their projects and yield profits. Therefore, consultants should facilitate proper and quality finish of the assigned project, which, in return, build an excellent client-consultant relationship. Response to Student Posts Student Shawn I agree with the student’s claim that a reference group affects the perception of self. The student identifies relevant comparison factors that are race and social status. Shawn explains with great articulation of instances where he did not feel “white” or “black” enough while in college. However, the student does not identify these instances and what exactly made him think he was segregated. For example, the student could have mentioned discriminatory acts in the college, such as racial slurs or even bullying acts. Mainly, this would have created a better picture of how reference groups affect self-perception, mainly due to race. Shawn identifies the factors that helped him find a reference group that he could associate with that is similar life experiences and the need to fit in. Notably, stating examples of these experiences would have better enhanced the understanding of the reader. Shawn exhibits weakness in grammar and proper sentence structure. While some of the arguments in these works have drawn skepticism, the questions presented remain as relevant in modern times as the Hellenistic period (de Lara, Emma, and René 63). The relationship between happiness and politics, according to the Aristotelian school of thought, is neither clear nor obvious (Malcolm 3). As a result of the existing inconsistencies, different interpretations of the Aristotelian relationship connection between happiness and politics have emerged.
