People have different reasons that cause them to work out. Increasing growth and development, and preventing aging are some reasons that cause people to work out. Working out can directly or indirectly boost brain power, memory and thinking skills, which results to increased productivity.

The need to maintain body fitness, need to relax, need to avoid sleep, need to reduce body weight, and nature of profession are common reasons that cause individuals to work out. After the days’ hard work, some people require to relax so that they can be ready for the next activities. Different people have a different way of relaxing. Some people prefer to work out so that their brains can get refreshed, and in the process, they become relaxed. Working out involves physical activities that include the movement of muscles. Movement of muscles is necessary for maintaining body fitness (Stubbs, 250). Need to keep body fitness causes people who do not need to age faster to work out regularly.
