causes of injustices in our world stem from materialism ignorance and capitalism
In today’s world there is much suffering occurring such as war, famine, unequal opportunities and treatment of people, disparities between rich and underdeveloped countries. The problem in today’s society is there is a lack of justice globally .In society justice make the world just and bring equality for all. It is important for business and society to help other countries and treat them equally. Business can work relatively together to achieve the goal of global justice, this is a common dream, it results to democracy. Moreover, global justice allows countries to be united under a legal system.
In this reflection essay, I will demonstrate that the causes of injustices in our world stem from materialism ignorance and capitalism where richer nations exploited poorer nations. Most institutions are failing to show equality and moral worth of all humans and a shared economic system. Similarly, Institutions of global justice fight to achieve moral equality and wellbeing of people throughout the world. It is a process of reconstructing the world with human rights and cosmopolitan principles. Thomas Pogge a defender of cosmopolitan agrees that institutions are not abiding with the human rights principles. He indicates that the reason for lack of justice in society is because agencies are violating human rights laws .In fact, institutions of wealthy nations need to fulfill these rights globally because the global institutional order is formed by leaders of these rich countries .Additionally, he indicates that the global institutional order provides poorer countries with some incentives and opportunities for their rulers. However, Pogge believes that poverty and injustice in the world is caused by the failures of this system. To demonstrate he states that the agreements of WTO to impose trade barriers, anti-dumping duties, export credits, subsidies to domestic procedures have negatively affected poor countries. In fact these producers have protected markets in rich countries giving them more power but are responsible for two hundred seventy deaths since 1989 .Several strategies are being used to achieve democracy worldwide peace and justice globally the following procedures are applied empowering community to solve conflicts in without violence ,is a significant influence in peace and fairness promotion.
Training the government services, women and schools in conflict resolutions is a common strategy used to accelerate peace and harmony among the citizens of different countries. The young people are also being trained to build peace across the divided of war. This means that there is improvement and promotion of democracy in the society. Since everyone is given freedom and has individual rights respected.
Helping the young to resist recruitment by violent extremist groups, it has been evident that youth are involved in violence or they initiate activities which might result to violence. To hinder such incidences they are being advised accordingly to resist being recruited as goons and instead advocate for peace and harmony. Bringing young people together helps in capacity building on democracy. For instance creating new jobs in the market .They give attention to jobs rather than getting into unethical activities in the society such as crime, taking drugs and theft activities.
Recognizing the best emerging local peace organizations in the world is advocating for peace and harmony in the world .This is playing significant role in fostering unity among people in the society. Helping war victims and uniting village in peace is used to strengthen the citizens and show them the importance of being united. Currently every nation is proposing a free and fair general election without violence. This is achieved through creating awareness on violent free national elections.
Generally the current world is occupied by people who are focused in democracy and promoting common interest .It is advocating for justice ,peace and harmony everywhere .Cases of injustice ,violence and chaos are being minimized by the above strategies.
