Operational manager: Caleb Gavin was elected to fill the position for an executive manager for the whole project. Caleb is a PHD holder of project management from Oxford University. Possess seven-year experience in the management field.

Finance Manager: Logan Aiden was also elected to be in charge of finance in the group. He possesses a master degree in Banking and Finance and Mason and has five-year experience in the banking industry.

Government representative: Wyatt was also elected to be government representative during the implementation of the whole project.

The elected members formed a committee of five members headed by Ethan Caleb as their president to chair the meeting.

This committee has project required numbers of staffs needed for the project to start operating. The total number of personnel as per this committee is 26 employees whereby there will be one manager, one human resource manager, three metal workers, four truck operators, three labourers and 13 for the general operation of the recycling facility.

These committee has also calculated the minimum capital needed for the project to become operational. The total cost is estimated to be 900 000 dollars for the first year. Since purchasing new trucks is expensive, the company has resolved at hiring the four trucks for the first year of operation.
