According to Laozi, the quote means that the attribution of the laws to nature doesn’t give a big room towards the provision of solutions to the problems. However, there is the belief that with the development of technology, the human being has some ways in which he can control what nature offers. Isn’t it ridiculous to use human power to change nature? In a short period, it is not stupid to violate the objective laws of social technology renewal and forcefully accelerate the energy conservation level and operational efficiency of enterprises. The natural relationship is an aspect that has to get a clear understanding before any solutions towards environmental protection undergo a consideration. The changes in solar radiation are as a result of climate change, which the human being can avoid through avoidance of various activities. Therefore, the quote is in support of the argument.

To improve the efficiency of energy use and reduce the impact of human factors in a short period, it will undoubtedly disrupt the pace of the regular upgrading of domestic enterprises. Also, it may cause the country’s recent expenditures to soar and show a deficit, but the climate problem will never be a qualitative leap due to the decline of greenhouse gas emissions in the short term, and it will also enable small and medium-sized enterprises to operate.

‘I am in action and civilized. I am quiet, and the people are self-contained’(Laotzu, 1986). We must have nothing to gain the recognition and trust of the people of the world, that is, to let the people have a lot of uneasy things. The world makes people live and work in peace and contentment to achieve their expectations. Due to the impact of this climate turmoil, many people’s ordinary lives and work have been affected, and the grain harvest has also had a negative effect. I think that the victims should get individual compensation to ensure the quality of life they can achieve is right on average years. It is enough to increase the import of food and other crops and avoid rising prices in a short period. This is just one of the very many solutions and acts in support of the argument.

Another quote is, ‘Don’t be too smart to be yourself’ (Ivanhoe, 2003). There is a belief by Han Fei that it is reasonable to carry out the necessary assistance to the victims. However, enterprises must have strict laws and regulations, and the masses must have precise legal awareness so that the entire society may have certain norms. This is the overall interpretation of the quote, as the society shall not be too smart for itself by doing so.

He said: It is reasonable to give the affected people appropriate compensation. But besides that, I suggest that the company’s energy efficiency should be more strictly regulated, because the company is aiming at maximizing profits, and its nature is “bad and good.[1]” Since it is known that the emission of greenhouse gases will have an impact on the climate, it is necessary to bind the people by law and to impose punishment on the people before they can ‘forbidden to rape’ (Shi Cun, 2010). The quote means that the right measures should undergo implementation before the harm manifests itself. At the same time, in order to cope with the energy upgrade of the whole society, it is necessary to publicize the law, popularize relevant knowledge, and abide by the law, so that the whole society can form a good atmosphere of ‘knowing the law, understanding the law, and obeying the law’ (Shi Cun, 2010). It is only after everyone knows about the law and abides by it that the environmental protection aspect will be carried out with utmost care to avoid the effects

High-efficiency guarantees that there is no friction between every link of the entire management system. Han Fei believes that a good management system should reach ‘the realm of disputes, long-term skills, and arrogance’ (Han, 1997). The quote means that proper management has a vital role to play in environmental protection. No competition does not hinder development but provides a better environment for growth. It takes a price to pay through failure, and a management method that achieves a predetermined effect is more useful than competition.I suggest that the reason for this is not only to improve the efficiency of the use of resources as a whole but also to enhance the prestige of a big country in the international arena.

I believe that Han Fei’s views are more consistent with the times. In the case that the technology is still immature, and the economy is still developing, the rule of inaction may not work. After all, it is still necessary to regulate the behavior of individuals and enterprises. The advice from the two persons is instrumental in the environmental protection of this country that has encountered a lot of effects concerning climate chaos.
