For this to be realized, the organization must then ingrain a certain feeling of possession. In order to create and foster the needed change and innovation in the organization, There are two major strategies that need to be concentrated on( Tidd, J., Bessant, J. R., & Pavitt, K. (2014).). This involves improving each worker’s understanding of what the innovation and change are and how the organization shows commitments to the objective and improving the organization strategies which promote innovation.

This includes the main audience who are the customers that enjoy our daily services. We value our educated and highly skilled employees in the organization that has always been very hard at work on daily basis to help the organization become the leading in America. We are always grateful for their services and dedication towards the success of the firm. We encourage and always work closely with the external investors who have decided to work with the Verizon wireless company and the America at large to help the company realize the laid long term goals. The American government is a great stakeholder in the organization and highly appreciate the continuous support from the government that has always enabled the organization to run smoothly.
