The method that is effective in communication to the employees from the senior management is the use of email. The advantage of using email communication is that it is fast, convenient, cheap and permanent. The email communication increases productivity and efficiency in the business. It is said to be reasonable in that the cost the managers will incur in conversation will cheap regardless the number of people communicated. It gets considered a fast communication method in business. When the email gets used, the information reaches the recipient in a few minutes that make the communication to be effective. The message that is communicating is convenient in that it is stored until the recipient gets ready to read.it and also it can be sent to many people.

An organization with many employees should use email communication because of convenience. The email communication is also permanent in that the message that gets communicated get stored in the recipient with all details.  The details include the date the information was delivered the specifics of who conveyed the message. The email can get used to sending electronic files such as photos, documents and sheets of contacts by attachment of the data in the email. Therefore, it is easy for senior management to send such data to their employees at the workplace. The email communication can get used to message friends at work when one is absent or to message the project team members.

On the other hand, communication has a disadvantage. The following is what I dislike about email communication spam, viruses, sending the email by mistake and data storage.  The email spam means that security issues may arise when using the email, especially when using remote access. When sending an email, it can go to a wrong person that will make sensitive information to leak. The electronic storage may be a problem, especially where large files and documents get attached. Email communication is primarily a significant focus area in information governance. The email system can be monitored, hacked and compromised hence causing damage to an organization. The messaging using email is widespread despite few security and control measures. The email improves eDiscovery and audit response. Temper-proof of data and security is enhanced by the email and adherence to the state and industry regulation.
