I also have a habit of missing out on some meals meaning I am not energized at all times and gets bouts of fatigue as a result. Also, substituting fruits with snacks during nighttime after-dinner shows that I have a poor diet. Since metabolism is more efficient during the day as compared to during the night, then I am at high risk of becoming obese or contracting a life long ailment as a result of all the snacks which have a lot of iodine.
