Consuming low-priced food
Consuming low-priced food is becoming increasingly common in daily life. Doing this can be both beneficial and harmful.
There are several benefits of fast food. Firstly, the process of quickly cooking food allows consumers not to wait a long-lined up. As a result, they can spend more and more time relaxing after study or work time or participating in different activities. Another advantage could be that it reduces the cost of eating, helping people to save their money. This enables consumers to save to travel and buy others such as bicycles, toys for their children.
On the other hand, consuming cheaper foods can bring certain drawbacks. First, eating low-prices foods with low quality of ingredients or a lot of times can affect harmful to health. For example, oil changing chemical structure if it is heated in a long time used for cooking fried chicken is used for more time in a fast-food store. Second, eating unhealthy foods has negative effects on their health, especially fat, which causes heart disease. As a consequence, their daily life is becoming more difficult such as the cost of buying to treat their illness and exercising to lose their weight, which is torture for impatient people. Another advantage could be that consuming low-priced food can encourage consumers to buy overconsumption. This waste can increase the amount of garbage in the world to pollute the environment from food packaging.
In conclusion, as cheaper products are often of low quality, the disadvantages of low-priced foods outweigh the advantages.
