Critical Thinking and cognition
Critical thinking is an effective process that integrates different factors which help in defining the level of commitment on a given issue exhaustively before deciding. Critical thinking is essential in making informed decisions within a given context. Thus critical thinking and decision making are integral to the success of a business (Dwyer, Hogan & Stewart, 2014). Decision making involves strict adherence to an existing plan which must be effectively followed to attain better organizational outcomes. Different individuals are influenced by different values which help in creating a streamlined environment where it is easier to achieve more exceptional results. Making a decision should be based on a critical understanding of the influence that will be created by the outcome to individuals involved. Therefore, maintaining more exceptional measures that define change present a highly effective context within which it is possible to improve the level of understanding within a given context (Paul & Elder, 2019).
Within an organizational context, there is always a need to ensure that the level of operation is defined within the defined limits. Maintaining a more reliable system that embrace change is based on the ability to integrate critical thinking in decision making. Critical thinking involves assessing the underlying risks and options so that when a decision is made, there is a sufficient understanding of specific processes that define the change process (Cottrell, 2017). Developing a capstone project requires a more significant assessment on different factors which help promote a higher commitment to issues that define an understanding on a given concept that can be developed fully and help address an issue that is highly prevalent within the society. Thus, I will assess the existing problems and decide on the best available issue that is likely to influence the lives of many individuals.
