Customer needs of my target market

The customer needs are what will prompt them to buy my product or service. Looking at demographics, my potential customers will be youths, both male and females who are middle and high-class earners. These group of customers tend to spend a lot because their income is also high. Some of the needs of these customers are needs concerning the functionality of the products. They expect the products to function the way they desire so that they can solve their problems and unmet desires. Another need is pricing (Shakarchizadeh et al., 2020). Since these customers will have different budgets that are all unique, they need a fair price that will enable them to purchase the products. The product must also be reliable and available when the customer needs it.

Furthermore, the customers expect the performance of the products to be excellent and function to achieve their expected outcomes. When customers buy products and find that they don’t meet their needs, they feel reluctant to purchase the product again. Besides, since my customers need to be able to access my products easily, I would ensure that there are multiple channels to supply the products to them. Another target market need for my potential customers is an excellent service (Timoshenko & Hauser, 2017). These customers want to be offered quality service so that we can increase their level of trust for the company. It entails addressing their problems accordingly and fixing them on time. Customers need to feel that the organization values them and provides for them an environment that is clean and attractive. They want a variety of products to choose from and need a service of high speed. If all the above customer needs are met, the efficiency of the business is also assured.
