In creation of charts I had to use a series of steps which ensure that the appearance of the chars is presentable to a group of panels. First I created the data set. This involved coming up with data ranging from a specific dimension such as class data, books data, and students data. This was created in order in each specific raw and column. After that I selected the data created by ensuring that no set of data is left outside my selection column. The next tip involved moving the mouse to the insert tab located at the top in the menu bar. I run through a number of charts which were there to select which one was appropriate for my given set of data. After deciding the right chart to use I clicked it and then it was displayed in the work sheet. To switch rows and column data I selected the specific chart which I wanted to modify first. Then from design tab I selected the switch raw and column. The rows and column switched in the graph. To change the chart type which happens when data is not well suited with the charts I changed the chart from column to line chart. I did this by going to design menu and then clicking change type command. The change chart dialogue box appeared and then I selected new chart type and layout followed by okay. Bar charts
I chose bar charts because they are usually easy to interoperate due to their appearance. The data represented in this form of charts can be easily analyzed by anyone including those who don’t have enough experience concerning graphs. On the same note bar charts can be chosen to represent multiple values over extended duration. This saves time of having different charts displaying different data. On the same note bar chars have a good appearance making it ideal for the purpose of interpretation. On top of that bar graphs permit a visual check of accuracy and reasonable ness of calculation when comparing bar graphs with tables bar graphs happen to be better since they represented the values in form of visual presentation making it easy to understand for everyone.
Line charts
Since lines graphs allows representation of two sets of data in the same graph it becomes easy for any person to compare and contrast the actual relationship between two or more variable and thus being efficient. Beside that line graphs possess a good visual impression such that it is easy to note the trends and changes with the set of values in consideration. Line graphs normally show both positive and negative values. This provides compressive results from the given data. Finally lines graphs have a good visual presentation thus can be very useful in cases where data needs to be presented.
Analysis of the charts
Both charts have a good and clear visual impression. This shows that it will be easy to interpret the data they contain and thus helpful in case of presentations.
Secondly it is easy to compare the data in both graphs since the values are well elaborated in each graph. This saves time when presenting as you don’t have to perform calculation to get the analysis.
Since the data is well elaborated in both graphs when the laptop is connected with the projector data will still be visible to everyone within the room
