Database Design
Poor data design and the implementation process could lead to the various challenges faced in the system such as data ambiguity, inconsistency and complications in the data interpretations. Data hacking takes place when the database is weakly designed and where data handling is not programmed. Data that is poorly implemented cannot be used by a different person hence making the processes of references difficult. Handling real-life scenarios such as workplace issues, therefore, calls for proper information handling.
Poor data handling has been a trending issue, and people have encountered several examples of poor data design. A poorly designed data is characterized by many schema issues and database problems (Cong, 2016). The schema data organization requires the implementation of the design principles that help reduce the data breaches. According to the report, it is difficult to detect any problem when using databases that are poorly designed. Instead, more issues are developed hence the increased confusion in the system. Therefore, the design of the database should be in line with the management principles and updated regularly to reduce the chances of data hacking.
According to the discussion, the tabling of the information is the major challenge faced in data management and data design. Notably, the databases should be set up in specific volumes and tables (Fernando, 2016). When the tabling and columns used in the data storage are not definite and confusing, the data implementation will also be inaccurate. Relating the data sets which are not appropriately designed is difficult. For example, one will refer the data in the column table and confuse with the data in the raw table. The data design must, therefore, be keen on the tabling of the information to increase data efficiency.
