The purpose of this paper is to evaluate personal fitness to practice via assessment, reflection and development of strategies to improve and maintain personal fitness to practice.
Ongoing assessment, reflection, and development of skills, capacity and resilience to maintain and improve fitness to practice is beneficial to your nursing career. This assignment is placed early in the Bachelor of Nursing program to promote this growth.
Fitness to practice consists of many factors, including possessing the appropriate nursing knowledge and psychomotor skills for the clinical area, as well as being mentally and physically healthy.[unique_solution]
