There are significant differences in the approaches of the juvenile systems in Taiwan and England. The significant differences are noted in youth’s sanctions, reparation amongst others. In particular, Taiwan has introduced an alternative approach to tackling youth imprisonment. Today, the Taiwan juvenile approach aims at ensuring that the offender who has made a mistake is within the society, and therefore, he is saved from the outcome of imprisonment that is detrimental (Huang & Yao, 2017). On the other hand, England and Wales have adopted reparation orders in a juvenile sentence. These orders are usually noncustodial imprisoning of the youths

The juvenile justice system in Taiwan is aimed at tackling the rising problem of delinquency. The entire system of juvenile justice in Taiwan includes reformation schools, officers for the probation, focuses on prisons, and works on the central issues of counseling the youths.

The juvenile justice systems incorporate England and Wales. It includes processes and organs that are used in the prosecution, conviction as well as punishing people who are under years 18. These people usually commit offenses of crime. The primary target of the justice system for the youth in England and Wales is to ensure the prevention of young people from doing an offense.
