Human trafficking can be referred to as an organized international crime with the aim of using a human being for the purposes of making the profit. This kind of crime leads to destructions of lives where many of them are children whose dignity and right to freedom are robbed. The victims of human trafficking are people from a poor background who are exploited by traffickers by means of deception and force. The exploitation and transportation of these vulnerable people that is, men, women, and children by this organized group of criminal should not be tolerated by any civilized nation in the world (Goodman, 2015). These businesses should make it hard for the traffickers to exploit the victims and voice the risk of this business to the known human traffickers. Thus as the united nation is taking actions to stop this business, this is not enough unless it’s a shared responsibility.

Human trafficking is not only done through migration but these traffickers exploit the vulnerable migrants who take the risk to find work (Farrell, 2018). The individual leaves their home to find a job or work in order to be freed from poverty, criminal violence, natural disaster or unemployment. Language barriers, cultural isolations, and financial burdens make them vulnerable in the countries of their immigration.

Strengthening prevention and reducing demand will be a great move to combat human trafficking, not just identification.
In conclusion, the ultimate objective and goal must be to protect and prevent those victims likely to fall as prey on the hands of traffickers and also punishing those involved. This will not only involve diplomats but teamwork and cohesiveness. Awareness should be raised to educate people to stop it .All the stakeholders that is, the governments, businesses, and also individuals have a real opportunity to effect change to stop human trafficking.
