Bring Your Own Device has been growing as people increasingly own their own high-end mobile courting devise and become more attached to a specific type of device or mobile operating system. Several firms mostly prefer it because they argue its helps in saving the cost of buying such appliances for the workers because they will be able to with their own device. This makes many o the employees to be very comfortable working with their personal computing devices, unlike those of the company.
Bring Your Own Device is very important as it helps an organization in several ways. It increases productivity. Employees are possible to increase productivity when they are utilizing familiar devices. Thus, the employees are more included to work offsite when they do not need to switch devices to do so. Bring Your Own Device is very important for an organization as an employee they work under very conducive environment and full of comfort, something that increases productivity. In the time when their one devices bring up issues, they can solve their problem well as compared to those of the company that have technicalities that can’t be repaired easily unless they get experts hence lagging down the production. This happens when employees start arguing of wanting to remove their company’s data to the employees computing devices when they are leaving the work in the evening. This usually possesses a threat to the information of the company. Employees, at times, may feel offended even though it is the best thing to do on their own devices to discard the data for the company due to the security measures. This problem is against the use of the Bring Your Own Device in an organization.
