Based on my classwork and the skills acquired from the study on accounting governance and financial management motivated me to try and find out the impact and effects that executive remuneration brings forth to an enterprise as they conduct their operations. Determining the effectiveness of the company when it comes to accounting for its usage to the public stakeholders, itself, and the public. The main objectives of the project are to examine the benefits that adoption of the measures of accounting governance and financial management will impact the companies in china that are exercising the practices.
To ensure that derive the concrete and most relevant information required, I will focus on applying various data collection methods inclusive of quantitative research addressed using questionnaires, survey, and data source. Other methods applicable will be the qualitative and mixed-method research, where I will collect data, analyze and integrate it into either qualitative or qualitative research (Adăscăliței & Guga, 2015). The main reason for choosing to adopt the methods of data collection in my research is the ability to exhaust and capture all the relevant and required data for evaluating my research questions under all dimensions’ prevalence. The main research objectives are establishing the executive remuneration as a corporate Performance indicator and the comparative Performance of the corporate social responsibility registered companies. How do the functions help an organization towards the achievement of the mission and vision objectives? What measures and recommendations can be instilled in the functions for the betterment of the company at large? What limitations are the functions remitting to the company and how they can be approached and solved (Contu & Girei, 2013)? During the research, I focus on answering the question of whether the functions are helpful to the organization or not and make predictions and expectations that should be included in the plan to foster their effectiveness.
The research will be essential for me to identify the relationships of accounting education and career paths in china, workplace relationships, leadership styles, and relations of leaders and their subordinates in the workplace, cultural agility, and general knowledge. They are highly beneficial in my study as they will offer me the opportunity to address the central questions of my research project as I interact with the respondents in the organizations.
During the research, I preempt to face minimal challenges, therefore, expecting the best out of the findings. Some of the problems anticipated are the logistics limitation through various organizations scheduled to visit. These uncooperative respondents may happen to give wrong information, which may distort the outcome of the research. The time frame for visiting the organizations is limited, posing a challenge of reaching all the anticipated organizations (Kelloway et al., 2012). Despite the difficulties thought of I will put up some measures to ensure that results are realized and in concrete response and information expected.
To ensure that I source for the most expected and useful information without getting wrong information from the respondents,through informing and booking an appointment with the organization management and explaining the reason why I require their help in my research. This relieves the control of the notion that I may be spying on their operations with a hidden motive.
