Some medications are injected directly into someone’s body. The sharing of needles leads to the transfer of diseases such as HIV/AIDS. Different reasons cause drug abuse and addiction. Peer pressure is one of the leading causes of drug abuse. Making this change will require a lot of effort and sacrifice from the addicted persons. A positive approach should be used to terminate the spread of negatively abusing drugs. The usage of a prescription for the wrong purpose is a situation that imposes danger not only to the user but to the entire globe. The government, through drug agencies, should not look at this issue as a disaster; instead, they should come up with solutions that reduce the spread of the usage.
